Training Seat III Limited Warranty
COVERAGE
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations herein, Innovative Concepts, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that with proper handling and maintenance that the Training Seat III will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty shall be measured from the date of initial purchase, extends only to the initial purchaser located within the United States of America, and is not transferable.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any product or component that Innovative Concepts, LLC determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:
- Inadequate alteration, modification, misuse, theft, vandalism, or failure to maintain.
- Acts of God, water, or moisture damage.
- Normal wear and tear, product deterioration, or scratches or defects in product finishes, damage due to shipping, or other negligent or intentional damage.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Innovative Concepts, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any manufacturer, vendor, retailer, other person, or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Limited Warranty.
PROCEDURE
To be eligible for warranty service under this warranty, you must contact Innovative Concepts, LLC at CustomerService@anyconcept.com within two weeks of the end of the warranty period. Innovative Concepts, LLC may, at its option, either repair or replace products or components, or refund the initial product purchase price excluding shipping costs.
Innovative Concepts, LLC’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the material at (F.O.B.) our facility in Dunkirk, MD. Any parts repaired or replaced will be considered part of the original product and will not extend the term of Limited Warranty. Innovative Concepts, LLC shall not be liable for the cost of removal, shipping, or installation of, or any incidental, consequential or other damages in connection with such material. Innovative Concepts, LLC is not responsible for any loss of use or time, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages you may have or incur in connection with your product. No variation or change from this warranty will be binding of Innovative Concepts, LLC unless made in writing and signed by the President of Innovative Concepts, LLC.
LIMITATIONS
Except as required by law, all other express or implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to implied warranties or suitability for a particular purpose. This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. For example, while all implied warranties are disclaimed herein, any implied warranty required by law is limited to the duration and other enforceable terms of Limited Warranty described above. Some states do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations and exclusions herein may not apply to you.
