RETURN POLICY
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Innovative Concepts, LLC is proud to provide you with a quality product and hope you are fully satisfied. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise we will gladly accept defective merchandise for return and replacement and/or repair within fifteen (15) days from receipt. Damaged items may be repaired and/or replaced by Innovative Concepts, LLC as necessary.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom ordered items such as those with specific logos, graphics or custom designs are built-to-order and are not eligible for return unless defective.
GENERAL RETURNS
Except for custom orders, most Items may be returned within fifteen (15) days from receipt. To initiate a return, please contact Innovative Concepts, LLC at CustomerService@anyconcept.com for instructions. Please pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories). All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer. Please provide Innovative Concepts, LLC with the return tracking information.
